Medixx guarantees a new recruitment free of charge if the employment of the candidate ceases within three (3) months from the commencement of the appointment for reasons in relation to the candidate.

The guarantee is also valid if the employment ceases for reasons that were evident to Medixx during the recruitment process.

The guarantee is not valid if the employment ceases for reasons such as organisational changes on the employer’s side or for other external factors.
